Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is about sharing the rewards and the risks of farming through a direct connection between consumers and farmers. We commit at the beginning of the season to buying particular varieties from the farmers who are part of the CSA and to supporting them in a range of ways such as providing seeds, seedlings and technical support.
You can be part of this network of support by subscribing to our weekly vegetable box system, thereby showing your commitment to growing the season’s produce and supporting the longer-term vision of building our own small piece of a localized, sovereign food value chain based on trust and community.
How to get involved
Our vegetable box changes every week and consists of a variety of fresh vegetables, herbs and eggs.
You can buy vegetable boxes on an ad hoc basis, and when you are ready, commit to subscribing to a weekly or fortnightly box on an ongoing basis. This allows us to more accurately determine how much of each variety should be grown, thereby reducing waste and giving farmers a more stable income.
How it works
Please visit our online store, hosted on the Good Food Network to select a Farm Box or any of the veggies and other amazing goodies we have available. We have a variety of products for you to add to your box such as honey, jams and kombucha. Please refer to our newsletter to see what’s on offer each week and let us know what you’d like to add!
We love to see your faces at the garden when you fetch your box, but we can deliver if necessary at an extra cost.
